Tossing a coin?

I wouldn't say I'm a seesaw dieter.

I wouldn't say that because I seem to have lost touch with reality.

Getting that far in thinking about my weight has made me wonder whether I really care.  I am of a certain age, my wrinkles and my gray hair send some strong messages, and there are important things less connected to vanity than weightloss.

Now, I've backed myself into a corner.  I can neither decide to lose weight or declare it doesn't matter without making myself look either vain and shallow or muddleheaded and cronish. (Cronish is the ish form of crone)

So forget I mentioned diet or exercise.  I know I'm going to.
